Proverbs 28:19 NIV May 28th, 2025
Observation – People that prioritize the most important tasks each day that lead to revenue will be successful but those that seek to get rich quickly will fail.
Application – Understand how your business works. What brings in new customers? What actions keep your current customers happy? The farmer knows that plowing the soil and planting seeds leads to a good harvest. This is how most businesses work. If you are neglecting working your land in order to pursue a scheme that you think will result in wealth you will most likely have your fill of poverty.
Prayer – Lord, thank you for verses like these that remind us that you have a plan for wealth over time not overnight. Amen.
