If you are having trouble getting started on working out promise yourself you will exercise at least three minutes a week. Here is how it works:

You will wake up or get home from work, change your clothes and workout for at least a minute. Getting started is the hardest part so you will most likely workout for 20-30 minutes. If you only go a minute you haven’t failed because that is the promise you make to yourself. The most important aspect of this approach is working out three times a week to build the habit and your identity as someone who exercises three days a week.
